Products manufactured by Crown Industries conform to all codes and standards required in the United States and Canada.  Because Crown Industries does not have control over the environment in which its products will be used and how they are installed, the warranty on our products is limited to a one year replacement warranty. Crown Industries products will be repaired or replaced at our option within in one year of the date of its first installation into service. There are no warranties for products that have been reused, or attached to an appliance that has been moved to a different location from its original location of installation. There will be no responsibility or liability accepted for failures caused by the use of chemical products or cleaners containing chlorine and/or ammonia.  Crown industries will not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect damages or for special circumstances caused by the failure of our products even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages.  No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made with the regard to products of Crown Industries.
